Pisco Sour

This is how they make a pisco sour at Ceiba, a restaurant in Washington, D.C.

ounce pisco |
| 1 |
teaspoon powdered egg white |
| 3 |
ounces sour mix |

Dash angostura bitters |
Shake pisco, egg white, and sour mix in a shaker filled with ice until a froth forms. Pour in bucket-shaped glasses and garnish with angostura bitters.
