return to article

horchata

mojito

pisco sour

original daiquiri cocktail

Create your version of sangría using the ingredients below.

Red wine, champagne, or other sparkling wine
Fruit: For starters, try oranges, lemons, nectarines, pears, apples, and cherries
Brandy
Soda water

Choose your fruits, slice, and put them in a pitcher with the red wine, champagne, or other sparkling wine. Refrigerate 3 to 24 hours, letting the flavors bleed together for as long as possible. Then add soda water to taste, perhaps some brandy (apple or peach flavors go well), and ice.
