Blueberries are considered by some to be a superfood: one serving provides as many antioxidants as five servings of carrots, broccoli, or an orange-fleshed squash. The soy yogurt packs a protein wallop and provides isoflavones. And there are 7 grams of fiber in this drink. You can also substitute strawberries or raspberries for the blueberries.
