National Multiple Sclerosis Society
The site for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the world's largest private sponsor of MS research, offers information on living with MS, treatments, research efforts, awareness- and fund-raising events, and every state's chapter. It also has an extensive glossary of MS-related terms and a quarterly magazine.

Multiple Sclerosis Foundation
The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation website features a directory of support groups, a calendar of events both online and around the country, and selected articles from the member magazine. You can also pose questions to an online caseworker or peer counselor, participate in live chats on a variety of topics, and post messages in ask-the-doctor, peer-to-peer, and travel forums.
