The Heart Truth is the national awareness campaign run by NHLBI and its partners to make women more aware of the danger of heart disease, which is the number one killer of American women.
Your Heart, Your Life is an interactive program to help you learn more about heart health. At press time, the Be More Physically Active session is the only one available, with more to follow.
The booklet Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, DASH is available online in PDF format. There is no Spanish version of this booklet.
